Allyson is a devoted medicine woman whose soul work centers on living and leading through unconditional love. Rising from the ashes of addiction, sexual trauma, and disordered eating, she transformed her wounds into sacred initiation. Through her own healing, she discovered her calling as a ceremonial guide, healer, and sister for women reclaiming their power and wholeness. She weaves ancient and embodied modalities, shamanic breathwork, plant medicine, sonic alchemy, and sacred sexuality, to create experiences that awaken and liberate the life force within.
A priestess of the healing arts, Allyson draws from over a decade of wisdom gathered from elders, shamans, priestesses, and clinical experts. A Certified Psychedelic Medicine Facilitator, she walks the path of a shamanic apprentice and honors her lineage as a second-generation breathwork guide. Also trained in Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, her greatest teacher is her stepson with autism, his pure light mirrors her own journey toward wholeness.
